Boys State is staffed by volunteers from across the country. For one week they give freely of their time to educate the leaders of tomorrow. The Arkansas Boys State senior staff has among its ranks both nationally recognized and award winning educators, lawyers, athletes, filmmakers, political leaders, and investment bankers. Although the Jr. Counselors change from year to year, their hard work and love of the program is what keeps Boys State alive. Boys Sate participants who show exceptional leadership during their delegate year are selected to come back the following year as Jr. Counselors.
